How long will my order take to arrive?
For local deliveries:
You should expect to receive your item(s) within 3–5 working days after receiving your order confirmation. During peak periods (sales or festive seasons), it might stretch to 5-7 working days.
You’ll get a tracking link once your order is on its way, so you can stalk it till it arrives.
For international deliveries:
You should expect to receive your item(s) within 7–15 working days after receiving your order confirmation. During peak periods (sales or festive seasons), it might stretch to 10-20 working days.

*Do note that these these are not applicable to backorder or pre-order items. We do not ship on weekends or Singapore public holidays (yes, this also includes our OOF days after festive periods). At the moment, we only provide shipping to SEA only.
What is the delivery/shipping cost?
For local deliveries:
There will be a standard shipping charge of $3.50 per order with an exception of free shipping for orders above $80 and Insider members.
For SEA deliveries:
There will be a standard shipping charge starting from S$15 per order, depending on parcel weight and destination.
Is there complimentary delivery?
Absolutely! All local orders above SGD $80 enjoy complimentary delivery because we love a treat-yourself moment. Do note that, free delivery is based on your final checkout total - after deduction of vouchers, promo codes, and discounts. Or, if you're an Insider member, free shipping is applicable to all your orders!
Just a heads-up: Sale items will not be eligible for free shipping (even when combined with regular priced items in an order above SGD $80). Backorder items do not count toward the free shipping threshold as well, since they’re shipped separately from in-stock pieces. If your order has both in-stock and backorder pieces, you’ll still need to hit SGD $80 for in-stock items to score free delivery. A small delivery fee will apply for the backorder parcel - unless they hit SGD $80 on their own too.
For international orders, complimentary delivery isn’t available at the moment.
Is self-collection available for my order?
Sorry, self-collection is not available at the moment. So stay cozy and think of it as us sending love straight to your door.
Where can I track my order parcel delivery status?
Once your order has been dispatched and is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. So keep an eye on your inbox. Alternatively, you may log into your account to view your purchase status.
Do you offer expedited express shipping?
Not just yet, we do not offer express courier/next-day delivery at the moment, but it’s definitely on our radar.
Are there charges for taxes and import duty for my parcel?
International orders may come with customs duties or import taxes charged to you by your local authorities. These aren’t included in your order with us, so best to check with your local customs office to avoid surprises.
