We don’t offer direct exchanges at this point in time. But don’t worry - you can return your item for store credits and place a new order for the size you need. You may refer to our return & exchange policy here.

We hope this never happens, but just in case:
- Contact us within 7 working days (SG orders) or 12 working days (international orders) upon receiving your item.
- Email us at withlove@keepforluck.com with your order number + clear photos of the defect/issue OR the incorrect item received.
Items reported after this timeframe will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

Once your order is placed, we can’t make any changes, so give your cart a final look before checking out!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you made a typo, email us ASAP at withlove@keepforluck.com. If your parcel has already been processed, we won’t be able to work our magic.

Please use your code before it expires, we won’t be able to backtrack it! Oh and don’t forget to check and apply your discount codes before check-out too. Discount differences can’t be compensated after checkout.

Why are there slight differences in measurements or prints?
No, two pieces are ever 100% identical. We strictly make sure each piece goes through quality checks, but small variations are inevitable - please allow up to 0.5” - 1” difference in measurements. There will be print variations but it doesn’t affect the overall fit or look of the piece, and we’d like to think of them as part of the charm.

Check our size chart for measurements + material stretchability. Still unsure? Drop us a DM on IG or email us your stats (PTP, waist, hips, height) and we’ll recommend the best fit.

We ship with trusted third-party couriers. Once your parcel leaves us, it’s in their hands. Delays can happen (especially during peak seasons), so keep an eye on your tracking link or check in with the courier directly for updates. We know the wait isn’t fun, so thank you for being patient!

Yes, our pieces are true to measurements. But everybody is different and we’re constantly refining our fits to flatter more shapes.
