Refund policy

We hope you love everything you picked - but if something doesn’t work out, that’s okay. Here’s how returns work at Keep For Luck. Just give this a quick read before placing your order, so there are no surprises later.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order’s confirmed, it’s final - we’re not able to make cancellations after checkout.

Can I change my order?

We can’t make edits once your order’s placed, so be sure to double-check your cart before hitting confirm.

Can I return my item?

Yes, as long as it meets our return guidelines:

  • All returns can only be accepted and processed after an official email approval from our team.

  • Request within 7 working days (for local and international) upon receiving your item (per tracking) - any requests after this timeframe will be denied.

  • Items must be in original condition: tags intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no scent, no stains, no oopsies. Basically, keep it as date-ready as when it left us (we reserve the right to inspect the condition of the items before processing any returns.)

  • Returns are not allowed for the following:

    • Sale items
    • Orders placed with discount codes (except First-Timer & Birthday vouchers)
    • Bundle set items
    • Store credit purchases
    • Items from promotional campaigns

Our QC team will assess and determine if your item qualifies before we process your return.

Please note that any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to you and prevailing shipping costs will be charged accordingly.

How do I request to return?

  1. Email us at withlove@keepforluck.com with your order number + reason.

  2. Wait for our return approval via email.

  3. Send items via tracked mail (shipping to be covered by you) + email us the tracking ID. Without it, we won’t be able to process your return if it goes missing in transit.

  4. Please arrange for returns to be picked up within 3 working days upon receiving email approval.

What do I get for my return?

All approved returns will be refunded via store credits, valid for 6 months (no cash refunds).

  • Credits are valid for 6 months upon issue (no extensions once expired).

  • We’ll process your credits within 5–10 working days and email you once they’re ready to use.

Can I exchange sizes?

We don’t do direct exchanges. If something doesn’t fit, you’re welcome to request for a return for store credits and re-order in your preferred size.

What if I got the wrong or a defective item?

We hope this never happens, but if it does:

  • Contact us within 7 working days (SG) or 12 working days (international) upon receiving your item (per tracking) - Any request after this timeframe will be denied.

  • Send us your order number + clear picture of the wrong item/defects to  withlove@keepforluck.com.

  • Once verified, we’ll cover your return shipping and issue a refund via store credits.

What is not considered a defective item?

Every piece goes through thorough checks before reaching you, but because our garments are crafted (not factory-perfect robots), small variations may occur. These aren’t considered defects, just part of the natural charm of garment-making.

  • Loose Threads

Occasional stray thread ends may appear. Snip it away and you’re good to go. These do not affect the garment’s quality.

  • Colour Variations

Lighting, screens and dye lots can make the colour look a little different. That’s not a flaw, just how fabric plays with light.

  • Pattern Placement

Patterns, prints and even washes may not always align perfectly. This will not affect the garment’s quality.

  • Measurement Variations

Because sewing is a hands-on process, measurements may be off by 0.5”-1” inch. This is standard across the industry practice.

  • Fabric Characteristics

Some fabrics have quirks of their own, slubs in linen, tiny pull lines in silk/satin or specks in cottons are not considered as defects as it is the natural characteristics of the fabric .

  • Buttons & Stitch Placement

Tiny shifts in button placement or stitch lines don’t change the fit or functionality - they’re just part of hand-sewn charm.

  • Temporary Marks

Chalk lines or markings used during production may sometimes show up, but don’t stress, they’ll disappear after the first wash.

  • Stitching Variations

Small irregularities in stitching that don’t affect durability or overall look are perfectly normal.
